Warranty and returns

RETURNS 

We stand by the quality of our products and we will endeavour to make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please let us know within 7 days of receipt of your parcel.  See below for more information.

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS 

We take every care when packing your order as many of our products are fragile and we want it to be protected during its journey to you. We then rely on a third-party courier to deliver your order in the same condition it left our warehouse. If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Please email us with photographic evidence and provide full details of the condition/damage. Please keep ALL original packaging, including the courier delivery bag, as we may be required to return these to the courier for inspection. We cannot replace or claim for damaged items without everything being accounted for. 

WARRANTY

Haloview camera systems have a 12-month warranty. Haloview camera systems installed by us (installation fee applies) receive a 24-month warranty. See below for more information.

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 7 days of receipt of your order.

    If you need to return the product to us, postage costs are not covered. You must ensure that the returned goods are in the original quality and all parts are enclosed, for the return to be processed.

  • Standard warranty:
    All Haloview camera systems and products purchased from Haloview New Zealand (Central RV Ltd) come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

    Extended warranty with professional installation:
    Products purchased and professionally installed by Haloview New Zealand (Central RV Ltd) are eligible for an extended 2-year warranty (1-year manufacturer + 1-year Haloview NZ).

    Exclusions:
    The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs, or alterations.

    To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
